Operon-license

Operon-license is Apache2-compatible, with the following augmentation which overrides any sections that are in contradiction with it.

It is not permitted to download, install or use this software/product:

1. in an organization/entity that is in the sanctions list of the United Nations Security Council
2. in an organization/entity which has one or more individual found from the United Nations Security Council's sanctions list

In case the violation occurs after starting to use this software / product, the usage of this software / product must be ceased in 30 days, or the reason for having entered in the sanctions list must be removed within 30 days.
